STEAK ROLL-UPS 
1 tenderized round steak
Worcestershire sauce
Prepared mustard
Sliced bacon
Wedged onion
Soy sauce

Take 1 round steak, trim. Cut into 3 strips, cut strips in half. Salt and pepper. On top side, rub with Worcestershire sauce and prepared mustard. Top with bacon sliced the length of the steak. At one end, add wedge of onion and roll up like jelly roll, fasten with toothpick. Brown all sides in just enough oil to cover bottom of skillet. Sprinkle with soy sauce; cover with water. Cover skillet and simmer until tender. Remove from pan, thicken gravy with cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water. Serve over rice.
