PEACH RICE PUDDING 
3 eggs, beaten
Scant c. sugar
3/4 c. Pet milk
1/2 c. peach juice
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice and grated rind if wanted
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raw rice, cooked in 4 c. boiling water
5-6 peach halves on top
Marshmallows in each peach half about 10 minutes before done

Mix all real well. Put in large buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm. My boys liked to eat this warm with their meal. Good cold or warm.
