PEANUT BUTTER EASTER EGGS 
2 1/2 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 lb. butter
2 c. peanut butter
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 lb. chocolate coating

With a mixer cream together sugar, butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Shape the peanut butter dough like eggs and place on wax paper. Melt chocolate coating in microwave. Dip one of the formed eggs into chocolate, turn to completely coat. When coated lift gently, not piercing, and place on wax paper until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
