PEANUT BUTTER CANDY OR EASTER
EGGS
 
3/4 lb. butter _
8 oz. peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. powdered sugar and 1 1/2 lb. more
8 oz. marshmallow creme

Beat butter and 1/2 pound sugar until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Whip. Add vanilla. Knead in the other 1 1/2 pounds of powdered sugar and form into desired size pieces or shapes into Easter Eggs.

Let set in refrigerator overnight. Dip in chocolate coating. May be rolled in nuts or coconut. Makes 4 pounds.
