2 3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. peanut butter
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Melt powdered sugar, 1 stick butter, vanilla, and peanut butter. Spread mixture in 13 x 9 pan. Melt chocolate chips and 1 stick butter. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate.
