1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. (Heaping) Hellmann's mayonnaise
4 oz. horseradish, or to taste
6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce

Melt cheese, adding rest of ingredients and blending well. Stores in refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 months. Great with crackers.
