ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
2 lb. baby carrots, frozen or fresh
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. salt

Prepare ahead to let flavors blend. Cook carrots to slightly crisp. Combine remaining ingredients until well blended. Place carrots in buttered baking dish and cover with sauce. Refrigerate overnight. Turn carrots to coat with sauce. Before serving, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
