ORANGE-GLAZED CARROTS 
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
6 cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. hot cooked carrots, sliced
Parsley

Combine the juice, sugar, butter, cloves, and salt in a saucepan. Cook until the butter is melted and the sauce is hot. Remove and discard cloves. Pour the mixture over the carrots and serve garnished with parsley.
