CORN CASSEROLE 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix or jalapeno mix
1 can cream style corn
1/2 stick butter
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten

Add chopped green pepper, onion, pimento and grated cheese as desired. Melt butter, add other ingredients and mix in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
