BONELESS CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into cubes
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
1/2 c. butter
6 slices Muenster cheese
1 c. drained mushrooms
Seasoned bread crumbs

Soak chicken in eggs, then bread. Brown in butter. Put into a casserole. Saute mushrooms. Pour over chicken and then pour bouillon on top. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
