PINEAPPLE SHRIMP | |
2 1/2 c. pineapple chunks 3 tbsp. pickle syrup 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped pickle 1 tbsp. corn starch 1 lb. cooked rice Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup and salt in sauce pan. Dissolve corn starch in a little water and add to sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until clear and thickened. Add the cooked shrimp and heat through. Serve on rice. |
