MILK FREE ICE CREAM 
1 (8 oz.) container Rich Whip (thawed)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. strawberries or fruit

Whip the topping. When thick add sugar, vanilla and fruit. Freeze for 1/2 hour. Remove from freezer and beat for 1 minute. Pour into storage container. Cover and freeze.
