MILK-FREE BANANA BREAD 
1 c sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. bananas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Oven at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cream together sugar and butter Add eggs; mix well. Add flour, soda, salt, bananas and nuts. Mix well. Pour into buttered and floured tins. Smaller tins 30-35 minutes.
