CLAM CHOWDER (Milk Free) 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can baby clams, reserve juice
2 tsp. to 1 tbsp. flour
2 med. potatoes, diced
1 tsp. salt
Celery salt
Pepper
1 1/2 c. Mocha Mix
1/2 tbsp. butter
Water

Saute onion in butter in large saucepan until tender. Add flour. Add enough water to clam juice to make one cup. Then add. Cook until thickened, stirring. Add potatoes and seasoning. Cover. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

Add clams, mocha mix, butter and water to desired consistency. Cover and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Stir often.
