CHICKEN TACOS 
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Heinz vinegar
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/8 inch strips
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
8 taco shells, heated
8 oz. shredded cheese
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 lg. tomato, diced
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. black olives
8 tbsp. sour cream

Saute chicken in vegetable oil about 10 minutes on medium heat. Add ketchup, vinegar, jalapeno pepper, garlic powder and cumin. Saute on low heat for 5 minutes. Fill warm taco shells with chicken mixture and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and olives. Makes 4 servings.
