TACO CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, deboned
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can black olives, sliced
1/4 c. green onions
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 can whole tomatoes, chop into sm. pieces
Tortilla chips
Grated Cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Line bottom of casserole dish with chicken. Sprinkle salt and taco seasoning on top. Add olives and onions. Pour broth on top. Add tomatoes. Crunch tortilla chips over all. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Add cheese. Cook another 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
