MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
16 c. popped popcorn
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Microwave butter, salt, brown sugar and syrup in uncovered bowl for 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 3 minutes. Stir in baking soda.

Use 2 large brown grocery bags. Spray with Pam. Put 1/2 the popcorn in each. Do each bag separately. Pour 1/2 the caramel mixture on each. Microwave for approximately 2 1/2 minutes, stopping to shake bag every 30 seconds. After removing from microwave. Continue to shake every minute or so until cool to avoid sticking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
