BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, at room temperature
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Beat butter a few minutes until fluffy. Beat in sugar until fluffy. Beat in sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs thoroughly, add vanilla. Stir in flour mixed with baking powder and salt, about half at a time, alternating with milk. Stir in blueberries. Spoon into cupcake liners, filling them to the top. Sprinkle with the nutmeg-sugar.
