CHICKEN-RICE DINNER | |
1 fryer, cut up 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. rice, uncooked 1 c. sauterne wine Mix soups, rice and wine. Put into shallow baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serves 6. (Bits of chopped pimento add a pretty touch to soup-rice mixture.) |
