ONION-STUFFED POTATOES 
6 med. baking potatoes, wash & dry
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. butter, rub potatoes
1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. can French fried onions, crumbled
Parsley flakes

Bake 1 hour. Cut slices off top of potato. Scoop out potato, mash. Add sour cream, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Stir in onions. Put in skins. sprinkle with parsley flakes. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
