ANGEL FRUITED TRUFFLE 
1 loaf Angel food cake
2 pkgs. red jello (any flavor)
1 can sliced peaches (drained)
1 pkg. frozen strawberries (thawed and drained)
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding

Mix jello according to instructions. Do not refrigerate. Mix pudding according to instructions. Do not refrigerate. Break cake in pieces in large crystal bowl. Pour jello over angel food cake evenly.

Layer the sliced peaches, strawberries, and crushed pineapple. Pour prepared pudding, spreading evenly. Spread Cool Whip on top of the pudding and garnish with cherries on top. Refrigerate overnight.

NOTE: Any fruit can be used if desired (ex: cherry pie filling mix, fruit cocktail (drained), canned apple pie mix). The colors show through the crystal bowl. Makes a beautiful and delicious dessert.
