4 fillets of orange roughy fish or thin flounder fillets or perch Butter large baking dish. Half the flour fillets and place those in dish. Mix together thoroughly: 2 to 3 tbsp. sour cream Fresh dill 2 sm. cans Maine crab meat juice of 1/2 lemon Spoon crab mixture onto each fish filet. Can cover with other thin filet, if desired. Pour one large can crushed tomatoes around each filet, not over fillets. Slice fresh mushrooms and sprinkle over dish contents on tomatoes. Then add one sliced shrimp to each filet. Top with large sliced black olives. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. |
