HUMMUS 
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
2 tbsp. sesame seed
3 tbsp. no fat yogurt (plain)
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 green onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced

In food processor combine beans and sesame seed, process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Store in refrigerator.

Serve with assorted veggie dippers or pita bread wedges or easy tortilla chips (recipe this book).

Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
