MINI CHEESE CAKES 
Cupcake papers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Cherry pie filling
1 box vanilla wafers
Cool Whip

Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake paper. Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs until creamy smooth. Fill each cupcake holder approximately 1/2 full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. When cool, spoon on pie filling. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
