BRANDY BALLS 
2 pkgs. (4 3/4 oz. each) vanilla wafers
1/4 c. brandy
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. rum
1 lb. ground walnuts (5 1/2 c.)
Confectioners' sugar

Grind vanilla wafers and mix well with remaining ingredients except sugar. Form small (1 inch) balls and roll in sugar. Store in tightly covered containers. Makes about 60.
