MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
Powd. sugar

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and the vanilla in 3 quart bowl. Stir in flour and nuts and salt. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until set but not brown 8 or 9 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Cool. Roll in powdered sugar again. About 4 dozen cookies.
