EGG SOUFFLE 
10 slices bread, decrusted
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 pt. milk

Cut bread into 3/4 inch strips. Melt Velveeta and butter together and mix well (melting can be done in a microwave or on stove in a double boiler).

Grease 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Begin by placing a layer of bread strips in bottom of dish. Next, spoon butter/cheese mixture on top of bread. Continue layering bread, then butter/cheese mixture until completed.

Mix together eggs and milk and pour over bread layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place baking dish in pan of hot water and bake, uncovered, in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
