SNOW SALAD | |
1 env. Knox gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1 c. boiling water 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 jar strawberry glaze 1 c. strawberries or 1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries Put the gelatin in cold water; then add boiling water and stir well to dissolve. Add sugar and vanilla. Whisk in sour cream until mixture is smooth. Blend in the Cool Whip with a mixer. Pour into a mold and let set a few hours or overnight. Put strawberries and glaze together and serve over gelatin. Delicious! |
