SNOW SALAD 
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. Danish Dessert Mix (raspberry or strawberry)
1 carton frozen strawberries

Dissolve gelatin in cold water and stir well to dissolve. Whisk sour cream until mixture is smooth. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into large ring mold (6 cup). Let set in refrigerator for a few hours.

Sauce: Follow directions on Salada Danish Dessert package for making sauce. Add berries and mix well. Unmold salad. Place sauce in center. To serve slice salad and ladle sauce over each piece.
