EASY BROWNIES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil or butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Blend oil, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add eggs; mix well. Add cocoa to ingredients, then flour. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9-inch square pan or small brownie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
