LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. oregano, crushed
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
10 lasagne noodles, cooked
Large container cottage cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

In saucepan brown beef, onion, garlic and oregano. Add soup, water and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir now and then. In baking dish arrange lasagne noodles, top with half the meat mixture. Add another layer of noodles. Top with cottage cheese. Add another layer of noodles. Top with the rest of the meat mixture. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes then cut.
