BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS CLAUDIA 
Chicken breasts
Melted butter
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Dip chicken breasts in melted butter. Place bone side down in pan and cook for 1 hour at 325 degrees in covered pan. Skin and bone the chicken. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour over chicken. Return to oven for another 45 minutes. This is a very high fat dinner dish that cannot be altered to fit a restricted diet.
