LAZY PIEROGI 
6 strips bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. can sauerkraut
2 c. cooked spiral macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper

Fry bacon and put aside. Saute chopped onion in bacon grease or butter. Rinse sauerkraut in hot water; drain and add to sauteed onion. Mix together; add cooked macaroni and mushroom soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix well and put into a casserole. Crush bacon and sprinkle on top. Put in oven and heat through at 300 degrees. Can be done on top of the stove in a frying pan if desired.
