LAZY PIEROGI 
6 strips bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (2 lb.) bag sauerkraut
2 c. cooked spiral noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper

Fry bacon and put aside. Saute chopped onion in bacon grease or butter. Rinse kraut in hot water. Drain and add to sauteed onion. Mix together. Add cooked spiral noodles and mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and put in casserole.

Crush bacon and sprinkle on top. Put in oven and heat through at 300 degrees. Can be done on top of stove in frying pan if desired.
