CROCK - POT CHICKEN 
3 or 4 chicken breasts, deboned
1 sm. can of mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white cooking wine
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1/4 c. sour cream

Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Combine mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup and cooking wine. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook in crock pot 7 to 9 hours on low OR 3 to 4 hours on high. Stir occasionally (if possible). Add 1/4 cup of sour cream 15 minutes before serving. Serve over rice or noodles.
