TURTLE BROWNIES 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
14 oz. pkg. caramels, unwrapped
1/3 c. evaporated milk
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix together dry cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and butter. Spread 2/3 of batter in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Melt together caramels and remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Set aside. Sprinkle chocolate chips on baked cake mixture and top with caramel mixture. Top with remaining dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
