TURTLE BROWNIES 
14 oz. bag caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. evaporated milk
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk; keep warm. Mix cake mix, 3/4 cup butter melted, pecans and 1/3 cup evaporated milk with spoon. Put 1/2 of mixture in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 6 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over; spread caramel mix over all, spread remaining dough on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Cool completely.
