PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines pineapple cake mix
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
8 oz. cream of coconut oil, shake well
1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 stick butter, softened

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in 3 greased and floured round cake pans.

FROSTING:

1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
