PINEAPPLE AND COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. cake mix

FILLING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple in own juice
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut

Bake cake according to directions on box.

FILLING: Mix all ingredients in a large frying pan. Cook until thick. Put onto cake. Save some coconut to sprinkle on top.
