CHINESE BEEF 
1 lb. beef (sliced thin for pepper steak)
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1 tbsp. wine
1 tsp. ginger
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic
Vegetables as desired

Marinate meat. Heat in hot skillet until meat is cooked. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add glaze: 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/3 cup water. Serve over rice.
