This is a great recipe for Cornmeal Pancakes. The only adjustment that I made, is by adding a 12 oz. can of evaporated milk. This keeps them thin enough to work with, and about the same consistency as regular pancake batter. This recipe makes 14 full size 1/3rd cup pancakes.
