FRIED RICE 
Rice
3 eggs, scrambled
1/2 lb. cooked turkey ham
1/8 or 1/4 vegetable oil
Salt
2 tbsp. onion, cut in cubes
6 pieces chicken legs or 1 whole boneless chicken breast
1 can mushrooms, cut in cubes
1 pkg. chicken powder flavor

Cook 1 1/2 cups rice; allow to dry when done. Boil chicken until tender and remove skin and bones. Cut into small bits. Fry scramble the eggs and cut into small pieces. Fry onions until light brown on medium heat. Add the turkey ham and mushrooms. Stir fry for 15 minutes. Add all the rice and stir fry for 15 minutes. Add salt and chicken powder. Stir fry some more. Add eggs and stir fry. Serve the rice warm.
