SHRIMP LORRAINE WITH SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. med. size shrimp
2 tbsp. oil
Black pepper
Salt
Oregano
2-3 cloves garlic
1/4 lb. butter
Parsley flakes
1/2 lg. lemon
1/4 glass white wine
1/4 glass water
6 oz. bottle clam juice
1 lb. spaghetti or linguine

1. Clean shrimp, shell and devein.

2. In a large frying pan add 2 tablespoons oil. Sprinkle shrimp with salt, black pepper, oregano and minced garlic.

3. Saute shrimp over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes. Turn off flame.

4. Add butter, parsley, juice of 1/2 lemon, wine, water and clam juice.

5. Return to heat and boil slowly for a few minutes.

6. Adjust season to taste (should be light and delicate flavor).

7. Cook linguine or thin spaghetti al dente.

8. Pour shrimp over pasta and serve.
