SPAGHETTI AND SHRIMP 
1 lb. fresh shrimp
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 sm. onions
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 lb. spaghetti
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
1 tbsp. green pepper

Boil shrimp. Saute garlic, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and oregano in oil until soft. Add cooked shrimp. Stir and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Cool spaghetti and drain. Toss gently with shrimp mix. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and serve. Serves 4-6.
