ANISETTE SPONGE CAKE 
2 pkg. anisette sponge cookies (Stella O'Dra)
1 pkg. chocolate pudding
Whipped topping (optional)
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. rum

Place package of cookies in bottom of 8 or 10-inch springform pan, soft side up to absorb rum mixture. Pour rum and water mixture over top of cookies. Pour 1 package of prepared pudding on top. Add next layer of cookies, then layer of pudding. Refrigerate, use whipped topping, if desired.
