NO PEEP STEW 
2 lbs. good lean stew beef
1 c. Irish potatoes, cubed
1 c. celery, sliced med. size
1 c. onion, cubed
1 c. carrot, sliced med. thick
2 cans (sm.) Snap-E-Tom tomato cocktail
2 tbsp. tapioca
Salt, pepper & seasonall

Mix together the meat and vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, seasonall and any other seasonings to taste. Place in a Dutch oven or large roasting pan. Dissolve tapioca in the tomato juice. Pour over mixture. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees. Do not peep!
