2 cups graham cracker cereal
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1 c. sugar
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
prepared crust
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Combine first 3 ingredients. Mix well. Measure out one cup and set aside. Press remainder of crumbs into a 9x13 baking pan. Combine next 4 ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Fold in half of chocolate chips. Pour into prepared crust. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over filling and sprinkle with rest of chocolate chips. Sprinkle reserved crust crumbs over all.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
