EVAPORATED MILK COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped nuts

TOPPING:

6 crushed graham crackers
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately with evaporated milk, vanilla and lemon juice. Add nuts. Pour batter in 9x13-inch buttered cake pan or angel food pan. Sprinkle with topping.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
