CHICKEN MOZZARELLA 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2/3 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. boneless breast of chicken
Grated mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spoon oil into rectangular pan (13"x9"x2"). Mix Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika and pepper. Coat chicken with Bisquick mixture and bake, uncovered for 45 minutes. Turn chicken. Top each with mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
