CHICKEN MOZZARELLA 
Chicken breast fillets
Bread crumbs
Your favorite brand of spaghetti sauce
16 oz. block Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and Season All

Season bread crumbs to taste with salt, pepper, Season All, and parsley flakes. Beat eggs. Dip chicken fillets in egg, then in bread crumbs. Pan fry with low cholesterol oil until done, turning occasionally. Place chicken fillets in shallow casserole dish; top with desired amount of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese is melted and sauce is hot. Serve with a vegetable and French bread.
